About US

Debt Help and Answers.com was developed as a response from the needs of my clients. My clients are everyday American’s who are facing financial crisis due to the current economy and personal hardships. My clients are served by me, Marcella Hill. My mission is to provide relevant, accurate and customized services for those who can no longer manage their debt load and need personal service.

I understand that financial difficulties are the leading cause of depression, stress and anxiety. My goal is to help my clients identify the right solution for their unsecured debts and help them establish sound financial footing. I do not push a product, unlike a number of large corporations with a sales force of poorly trained phone operators.

I have specific skills that can help anyone establish a fresh start and allow my clients to be in control of their financial independence. I accomplish this by treating each client as if they were my only client. Remember the movie, “Jerry Maguire” in 1996? The premise was, to treat each client with the utmost care and respect while allowing their direction and needs to prevail. The movie had a happy ending, and I want to see each of my clients, go forward in life toward their happy beginning.

On a personal note, I take joy in my calling to guide those in financial distress to find the right answers for them. The three standards that empower my service are; local accountability, full disclosure and total transparency. Local accountability; because I am here in Austin, Texas. You can visit with me as many of my clients do in person. Full disclosure; a legal term meaning providing all material information, I commit to providing you with all the choices that you can make for your unsecured debt and fully describe the result. Total transparency is a standard that we need more in this world of business. When a client has total transparency they are able to see and understand each step of the process and mark its progress. My clients experience this through continual communication, monthly statements and online verification. My clients experience a sense of peace once their unsecured debt is on track to be eliminated, so that they may step into their future and plan for greater things!

My service is unique and somewhat antiquated for the time. In a day of much mass, homogenous information, I meet with you to render individual personalized assistance. All information is confidential and private. No one needs to know that you are seeking debt relief.
Just as Benjamin Franklin was quoted as “Every penny saved is a penny earned” I too take that philosophy and apply it to our modern financial crisis. There are a number of ways to visit with me. First of all WELCOME READERS! I am very excited to be able to interact with my readers.

The number one question I am asked via email or postings, is

“Where do you get your information?”

The answer is easy; my clients and online publishing sources.

I have clients in Texas and through the US who serve as my real life inspiration for my blogs. Inspiration because the stories I relate to my readers have the details obscured in order to protect the anonymity of my clients.

Also I read 6 newspapers from coast to coast, belong to several online communities, speak locally, and serve in my community.

Plus I have lived a number of debt mistakes myself.
